    Jason Sanders

    Jason grew up in Three Village playing (‘81-‘89) and volunteer coaching (‘90-‘91) in the youth program. He began his career as a defenseman, but shifted to midfield in 8th grade. Jason was a three year starter at Ward Melville, winning (3) County championships, (2) LI championships, (2) Down-State championships and one State Championship.

    Jason grew up in Three Village playing (‘81-‘89) and volunteer coaching (‘90-‘91) in the youth program. He began his career as a defenseman, but shifted to midfield in 8th grade. Jason was a three year starter at Ward Melville, winning (3) County championships, (2) LI championships, (2) Down-State championships and one State Championship.  He was twice All League and All County, and named a USILA All-American. Jason was a 2x Empire State player winning Gold and Silver for LI, as well as an alternate on the ‘92 USA U19 squad. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill, playing in the 1993 national championship and winning 3 ACC championships. He finished 2nd all-time in face off wins and percentage, 6th in career ground balls and totaled 66 points. After success in HS and college, Coach Sanders played on the very competitive club circuit, and is the only player to earn All USCLA Club honors at 2 positions (face-off and attack) in the same season. He has played lacrosse for 41 years and has coached since 1997. Having played with many of the best players in the world, and being a student of the game, he focuses on imparting the fundamentals that he developed by playing across multiple levels and positions. Coach Sanders’ commitment to supporting Three Village Lacrosse has been evident for over thirty years. He is fiercely dedicated to ensuring that all players develop, love lacrosse, and understand the significance of putting on the Green and the Gold.

    Adam Javidi

     Bryan Karp grew up in Bellmore, ultimately attending Mepham High School. He garnered All-Long Island recognition in football. Bryan also played basketball and lacrosse, earning an All-Conference as a LSM in lacrosse. He served as captain of his football, basketball, and lacrosse teams. Bryan was offered multiple scholarships to play foot

     Bryan Karp grew up in Bellmore, ultimately attending Mepham High School. He garnered All-Long Island recognition in football. Bryan also played basketball and lacrosse, earning an All-Conference as a LSM in lacrosse. He served as captain of his football, basketball, and lacrosse teams. Bryan was offered multiple scholarships to play football and lacrosse in college. Bryan ended up receiving a full scholarship to play football at Stony Brook University. While at SBU, he was NCAA Defensive Player of the Week multiple weeks and was featured by College Football Network for being a star student-athlete. Bryan is dyslexic, and his success as an athlete and professional has been driven by his work ethic, something he harnessed in the sports arena. Bryan was a two-time college football All-American, and he also served as team captain. Bryan is still one of the all-time sack leaders at Stony Brook University. Bryan is committed to building the next generation of champion student-athletes on and off the field through Three Village Youth Lacrosse. Bryan truly believes his success in life and business boils down to his history in athletics. He remains one of the major philanthropic supporters of Stony Brook Athletics and has been coaching football, basketball, and lacrosse youth sports for many years!

     Bill grew up in the area and played under the umbrella of Three Village Lacrosse in intramurals, Suffolk PAL, junior high, and high school from 1987-1995.  At Gelinas, he played defense under Three Village stalwarts Dennis Goldstein and Matt Forrester.   Bill then played for Mike Hopey and Joe Cuozzo at Ward Melville from 94 - 96.  Bill 

     Bill grew up in the area and played under the umbrella of Three Village Lacrosse in intramurals, Suffolk PAL, junior high, and high school from 1987-1995.  At Gelinas, he played defense under Three Village stalwarts Dennis Goldstein and Matt Forrester.   Bill then played for Mike Hopey and Joe Cuozzo at Ward Melville from 94 - 96.  Bill Played some collegiate lacrosse at both Marist College and Hofstra, along with playing post-collegiate intramural lacrosse. Bill began coaching for Three Village Youth Lacrosse in 2014, and he has enjoyed participating in the development of players across various teams, and he prides himself on being an ethical coach who cultivates a love of the game.
