Three Village is fortunate to have a cadre of incredible coaches. While many of our coaches have graduated from Ward Melville and have long-term connections to the rich lacrosse history of the community, many of our coaches are transplants to Three Village and have incredible lacrosse and/or coaching pedigrees. Still, many of our coaches are newer to the game, but they are deeply committed to the values of Three Village Youth Lacrosse and they become ambassadors of children and our program. Every single Three Village Lacrosse team has coaches that have participated in college-level lacrosse, and most teams have seasoned educators, former All Americans, former pros, and experienced high school and college coaches teaching the game.
